Thank you
for choosing North
Main
Animal
Hospital. We understand that
your pet is a valued family member and that quality medical
care is important to you.
We
encourage you to read through the following and please
call us with any further questions at (248) 543-2311 or
e-mail us at
info@northmainanimal.com.
In
order to make your first visit go as smoothly as possible we
would like you to do a couple of things beforehand:
First….call us
and set up an appointment.
Please let the receptionist know if you want to see a
specific doctor.
It is also important to know the purpose of your pet’s
visit, as some appointments take longer than others or need
special scheduling.
Second….
Gather up any medical records or paper work that you have to
bring along with you. (for example paper work that came
along with your new puppy or kitten).
Finally… click
on the link below for the
“new client form” or for the “new patient
form” if you already are a client registering a new
animal. (Please print this form and fill it out prior to
your appointment)
Below is a

About Our Fees
Our philosophy
is to treat your pet as if he or she were our own.
We will make recommendations for the very best care
necessary to maintain their good health.
We are aware that not everyone has the ability to pay
for the highest level of care. If you have financial
concerns we encourage you to discuss the recommended
treatment plan with the doctor and our staff so that an
alternative treatment plan can be made if possible.
Providing
your pet with the very best care means:
·
Employing a
staff that is highly educated, caring and professional
·
Having the most
up to date diagnostic and laboratory equipment
·
Keeping our
surgical and dental suites sterile and well equipped
·
Making sure that
our anesthetized patients are continuously monitored
·
Keeping a
complete pharmacy of the veterinary medicines and supplies
that your pet may need.
Our
fees are structured to enable us to provide this level of
care to our patients.
If
you have questions about the fees before your appointment,
please ask the receptionist. We will attempt to give you an
estimate.
Sometimes it is difficult to know what may be involved with
a visit (ie. diagnostic tests and medications) especially
when your pet has a medical problem.
Once we have examined your pet, we will provide a
written estimate upon request.
Your
payment is expected at the time our services are provided.
For your convenience we accept
Mastercard, VISA and
Discover cards.
We also accept cash and checks with proper
identification.
In addition we accept
Care Credit.
