In order to make your first visit go as smoothly as possible we would like you to do a couple of things beforehand:

 First, call us and set up an appointment (248) 543-2311  One of our friendly receptionists will find a time that is convenient for you.  Please let the receptionist know if you want to see a specific doctor.  It is also important to know the purpose of your pet’s visit, as some appointments take longer than others or need special scheduling.

 Second, if you have any medical records or paperwork relating to your pet, please bring that with you to the appointment  (for example paperwork that came along with your new puppy or kitten).

 Finally, please go to the online forms page for the “new client form,” or for the “new patient form, if you already are a returning client registering a new animal. Please print this form and fill it out or fill it out on your computer and print it or send it in prior to your appointment.
